Opening for the Position : Infrastructure Specialist

Location : Patna

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Work Experience

Mandatory- Candidates having at least 5+ years of relevant experience.

Desired Skill sets

- Candidates with experience in managing infrastructure projects involving government departments, cooperatives, rural institutions, agricultural infrastructure, warehouses, collection/aggregation centres, or other community-level infrastructure will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure development.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, costing, tendering, and contract management.
- Ability to conduct site supervision and quality assessments.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor infrastructure development activities under the project.
- Provide technical guidance for construction, renovation, repair, and development of project-related infrastructure.
- Review technical designs, drawings, estimates, BOQs, and specifications for civil works.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications,



timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assess the progress and quality of infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, government departments, cooperative societies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, physical progress, and utilization of resources.
- Identify technical issues/delays and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements, and statutory guidelines.
- Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
- Support procurement and tendering activities related to infrastructure and civil works.
- Assist the Project Management Consultant/Team Leader in infrastructure-related planning and decision-making.

Language Expertise Must be expert in written and spoken English and Hindi Languages

Computer Skills

Incumbent must be computer savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
