Experience: 15–22 Years

Location: Chennai | Mumbai | Pune

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure delivery, ensuring reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing technology services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and services.
- Manage infrastructure operations across servers, networks, cloud, storage, and related IT platforms.
- Drive project planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery timelines, SLAs, KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and infrastructure modernization.




- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical infrastructure issues.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional infrastructure teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15–22 years of experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- Strong experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure environments.
- Excellent understanding of cloud, networking, servers, storage, and data center technologies.
- Experience in ITIL / IT Service Management and SLA-driven environments.
- Solid project, vendor, stakeholder, and team management skills.
- Experience driving infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
