We’re looking for an Influencer Buying Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. You’ll be right in the middle of our influencer campaigns, from finding the right creators to negotiating commercials and getting deals closed.
What you’ll be doing
- Finding creators who actually make sense for the brief, not just whoever is trending
- Building influencer lists across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
- Negotiating rates and getting the best possible commercials
- Working with creators, talent managers and influencer agencies
- Handling influencer buying from brief to closure
- Keeping track of creator rates, deliverables and campaign spends
- Managing multiple campaigns without losing your mind
- Working closely with our strategy, creative and account teams
- Staying on top of new creators, trends, formats and what’s happening in the creator ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, influencer buying, talent management or a similar role
- You know the Indian creator ecosystem well
- You understand creator pricing and can spot a good deal
- You’re good at negotiating and even better at closing
- You’re comfortable with numbers, budgets and spreadsheets
- You know how to deal with creators and managers without making things complicated
- You can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- You take ownership. We don’t want someone who needs to be chased for every update.
Bonus points
- You already have a solid creator / talent manager network
- You’ve worked on large influencer campaigns
- You’ve worked across categories like travel, health, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle or tech
- You spend enough time online to know who’s actually relevant right now
