We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and collaborations for a growing consumer brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer trends, social media platforms, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics
- Negotiate deals, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
- Creative mindset with a sense of trends and aesthetics
