Role Description The Incubation Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Incubation

Associate will support the design and delivery of incubation programs for students and early-stage founders, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and pitch events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with mentors and industry experts, tracking startup progress, and maintaining documentation and reporting for incubated ventures. The role involves engaging with educational institutions, managing program logistics,



and providing hands-on support to founders in areas such as business model validation and go-to-market planning.

The Incubation

Associate will also help build partnerships, gather feedback to improve incubation offerings, and contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, or incubation programs; ability to support early-stage founders in refining ideas and business models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with students, mentors, and institutional stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in project or program coordination, including planning events, managing timelines, and handling operational tasks.
- Basic familiarity with marketing concepts, including go-to-market planning and social/digital outreach for early-stage ventures.
- Ability to analyze problems, gather relevant data, and provide structured, practical recommendations to founders.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment with a collaborative mindset and a focus on learning and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field; prior experience in an incubator, accelerator, or campus entrepreneurship cell is an advantage.
- Interest in working closely with educational institutions and young entrepreneurs to foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
