- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.n
- Having 9 to 12 Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.n
- Solid expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.n
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).n
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.n
- Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.n
- Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer,



and scripting (JavaScript).n
- Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.n
- Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.n
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.n
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend enhancements.n
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of complex issues.n
