Role Overview
nWe are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Business Head who can take an active role in building and growing the business.
nThis is not a role limited to managing existing operations or achieving sales targets. We are looking for someone who can bring their experience, ideas, network and business understanding to the table, identify opportunities, build the right systems and people, and help create a clear path for Beige's growth.
nThe ideal candidate should understand that Beige is a growing company and should be comfortable working in a start-up environment where initiative, ownership, problem-solving and the ability to build from the ground up are essential.
nKey Responsibilities
nTake complete ownership of business growth, revenue and overall business development.
nDevelop and execute a clear business strategy and growth vision for Beige.
nIdentify recent business opportunities, market segments, partnerships and revenue streams.
nTake active steps to improve the company's sales pipeline, conversions,



customer acquisition and overall profitability.
nUse your industry experience and network to create meaningful opportunities and strategic partnerships.
nBuild scalable processes and systems that support the company's growth.
nAnalyse business performance and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
nIdentify gaps in the current business and proactively develop solutions rather than waiting for direction.
nBuild, mentor and manage the core leadership and business team required for the company's next stage of growth.
nTake ownership of hiring key team members and building a strong, performance-driven organisation.
nWork closely with the sales, design, operations, finance and project teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
nEstablish measurable KPIs and ensure teams are accountable for their performance.
