- To Plan the Technical Manpower as per shift Schedule for Operations.n
- To Support on Emergency time like Breakdown, Planned and unplanned maintenance.n
- To visit shopfloor and peripheral project happening location.n
- To visit and ensure all the power related parameter within the range at 11KV HT substation.n
- Maintain a logbook of all activities providing statistics and reports as required.n
- Preparing the 52 weeks preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment's and electrical panels and mechanical equipment's.n
- Execution of 52 weeks preventive maintenance of equipment's and thermography of electrical panel.n
- Preparing and modifying the Daily, Monthly,
Quarterly and Yearly checklist for all equipment's and panels.n
- Preparing the documentation of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list.n
- Ensuring the documentation updating of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list.n
- Executing of Load balancing in Electrical Panels, UPS, Transformer and BBT.n
- Executing of Improvement activity in electrical system.n
- Corrective action taken based on thermography report.n
