About the Team
nThe Analytics team at Navi plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. We work closely with all business functions to generate insights, build visibility, and validate hypotheses that shape strategy and execution. Our work spans five key verticals: Business and Product Analytics, Credit & Credit Risk Analytics, Collections & Biz-fin Analytics, Self-Serve and Automation.
nAbout the Role
nData analyst is a key role within the Navi central analytics team, which bridges the gap between business teams and data. Their responsibilities would be around creating visibility across business KPIs, essential reports, dashboards for key business metrics. They will also work on leveraging automation for operational efficiency and data modeling to build a strong data infrastructure for easy access across teams.
nThis is an entry level position within the team where you will get the prospect to work with highly motivated colleagues to build data based solutions that will have direct business impact.

- Bachelor's degree in Technologyn
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as an Analystn
- Proficiency in data analysis tools Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc)n
- Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processesn
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, has good attention ton

nWhat We Expect From You
nData Management:
n○ Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
