nJob Duties and Responsibilities

nPrimary
nManaging the day-to-day accounting activities of Gloplax.
nSummarize current financial status by collecting information from relevant stakeholders. Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other financial reports.
nPreparing TDS workings and ensuring timely payment of TDS
nEnsuring timely disbursement of payments related to GST, SEZ/STPI and other taxes
nEnsuring adherence to all F&A; related compliance
nKeep tracks of Accounts Payable & Receivables.
nEffective cross team collaboration

nUnique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CA preferred)
n1 - 2 years of progressive accounting experience
nAdvanced skills in bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and financial analysis
nProven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
nExperience with inventory management and reconciliation
nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
nExcellent time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
nStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
nAdvanced MS Excel skills
nKnowledge of financial regulations
nGood communication and Interpersonal skills.
