Job Summary
nThe Medical Officer is responsible for supporting clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless fertility services.
nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct initial patient consultations and record detailed medical historiesn
- Monitor patient progress following OT procedures in accordance with established protocolsn
- Assist in scan room procedures and clinical activitiesn
- Prepare accurate discharge summariesn
- Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date medical recordsn
- Update and manage patient information in ARTis systemn
- Counsel patients on fertility treatment options and provide ongoing emotional supportn
- Provide financial counselling in the absence of a counsellor or during high patient volume days, including for SA (Semen Analysis) and DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index)n
- Support and participate in outreach camps (ORCs)n




- Ensure strict adherence to protocols set by the Clinical Head/Consultantn
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive patient caren
- Assist the Clinical Head in clinical and administrative dutiesn
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all timesn
- Be available for Sunday in-house camps (compensatory off provided)n
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatmentsn
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by managementn
- Travel to different organizational locations as requiredn

nQualifications & Experience

- n
- Mandatory Qualification: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)(Mandatory)n
- Experience: 0–5 years of relevant clinical or hospital experiencen
- Robust communication and patient counselling skillsn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environmentn
