About the Project
nThe Ramgarh Livelihood Development Project is a long-term initiative focused on helping girls in Classes 9–12 build the skills, confidence and pathways required to become financially independent.
nThe program works with government schools in and around Ramgarh and combines:

- Vocational exposure and livelihood pathwaysn
- Parent and community engagementn

nOur objective is not simply to conduct training programs, but to create measurable improvements in girls' aspirations, capabilities, career choices and eventual livelihoods.
nRoles and Responsibilities
n1. Project Leadership

- n
- Own day-to-day project delivery and outcomes.n
- Convert strategy and plans into effective execution.n
- Ensure quality, timelines and targets are met.n
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.n
- Understand local school, student and community needs.n

School Coordination
n
- n
- Build relationships with schools, teachers and government officials.n
- Coordinate project activities and schedules.n
- Ensure school access and smooth program delivery.n
- Resolve attendance, infrastructure and coordination issues.n
- Conduct regular school visits.n

n3. Student Engagement & Retention
n
- n
- Build relationships with participating girls and understand their needs.n
- Drive enrolment, attendance and continued participation.n
- Identify and support girls at risk of dropping out.n
- Expand awareness of education, careers, entrepreneurship and livelihoods.n
- Provide ongoing guidance and follow-up.n

n4. Parent & Community Engagement

- Build trust with parents and families.n
- Address barriers to girls' education and career choices.n
- Conduct parent and community engagement activities.n
- Engage local influencers and stakeholders when needed.
