nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales (Business Consulting Services) to drive revenue growth by acquiring recent clients and expanding business opportunities across Indian and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, consultative selling, and business development, with the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

nSales & Business Development

- Own and achieve an annual sales target of ₹2.4 Crore through direct enterprise sales.n
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.n
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients across domestic and international markets.n
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships.n
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts,



decision-makers, and emerging business opportunities.n

nConsultative Selling

- Understand customer business challenges and perform detailed needs analysis.n
- Position business consulting and software solutions that align with client requirements.n
- Identify key stakeholders, budget owners, procurement processes, and implementation timelines.n
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.n

nPipeline & Revenue Management

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Head to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.n
- Track sales performance against targets and ensure accurate forecasting.n
- Maintain updated Sales Plan (Target vs. Actual) across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).n
- Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, dashboards, and management updates.n
- Participate in periodic sales reviews and contribute to revenue growth strate
