nThis is not a typical corporate role. This is a strategic leadership position, working directly with the CEO, embedded in every critical decision, every data point, and every strategy conversation across one of India's fastest-growing financial services companies.

n The Role:
nThe CEO is looking for someone exceptional: to think with him, challenge him, and build with him. This person will work on:
n▸ Data analysis & decision support ,revenue models, peer benchmarking, performance dashboards
n▸ Business strategy ,across all 8 verticals, evaluating opportunities, building financial models
n▸ Process design & automation -identifying inefficiencies, building SOPs, implementing tracking systems
n▸ Execution & follow through : ensuring every directive is delivered on time, every time
n▸ Communication :board presentations, investor notes, management reports, internal memos
n▸ Special projects :new vertical launches, technology evaluation
n
n Who We Are Looking For:
n▸ IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore,



or IIM Calcutta (non negotiable)
n▸ 5+ years of experience in financial services: broking, investment banking, asset management, or BFSI consulting
n▸ Exceptional with data : Advanced Excel at minimum. Python, Power BI are robust advantages
n▸ Location: Mumbai (BKC). Full-time. In-office.
