nWe are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong Enterprise Infrastructure background. This role demands a seasoned leader who can seamlessly merge technical with executive-level client management to lead large-scale IT infrastructure and engagements with excellent client-facing skills, stakeholder management, team leadership experience with proven expertise in managing NOC/SOC operations.

nTechnology skill requirement:
n

nStrong understanding of Enterprise IT: EUC, Network, Windows, Cloud, Monitoring and ITSM platform and any AI skills will be an added advantage

nProgram Delivery & Financial Governance

- Lead end-to-end infrastructure and network operations projects (Network, Windows, Monitoring platform and Cloud)n
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks,



and deliverablesn
- Drive governance meetings, service reviews, and operational excellence initiativesn
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer commitmentsn
- Ensure to bring business value and proactive opportunity within the engagement and meet the business targetsn
- Closely work with practice and solution team to enhance the customer requirements and proactive proposalsn
- Perform transition for any key engagementsn
- Ensure revenue details are updated and projected on weekly basis, ensure to work closely with finance team to invoice the customer on monthly basisn
- Work closely with finance and legal team to conclude the SOWsn
- Prepare SOW and work with finance and legal team to conclude the SOWsn
- Work with vendors to determine the right BOM for any procurements and licensing for project requirementsn
