Job Description
As Infinite expands its presence across Europe, we are looking for a Europe Market Development & ABM Lead to help us build market visibility, create executive engagement and generate qualified opportunities across our priority accounts.
nThis is not a traditional marketing role.
nWe are looking for someone who can combine Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, market development and executive outreach to create conversations with the right decision-makers across Europe.
nWhat you will do
nYou will work closely with the Europe leadership team to:

- n
- Build and execute ABM programmes across priority European accountsn
- Identify relevant CXO personas, buying signals, account priorities and warm routes into target organisationsn
- Develop targeted outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, calls and other channelsn
- Personally drive and coordinate executive outreach to generate senior-level meetingsn
- Build account-level engagement plans for priority prospectsn
- Support partner-led campaigns with technology and ecosystem partnersn




- Identify market themes and insights that can be converted into relevant campaigns and client conversationsn
- Work with Infinite's marketing team to develop campaign assets, messaging, digital presence and amplificationn
- Support executive roundtables and focused market-development initiatives where they can create meaningful engagementn
- Track outreach, engagement, meetings and opportunities through to qualified pipelinen

nWhat we are looking for
nYou may come from B2B technology, SaaS, consulting or IT services, and ideally bring 7–10 years of experience across areas such as:

- Inside Sales / Executive Outreachn
- Market Developmentn
- Strategic Account Engagementn

nYou should be comfortable personally engaging prospects and driving outreach — not just managing campaigns or agencies.
