nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of accounting experience, possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, and be proficient in Tally. This is an excellent prospect to work with a growing organisation in the environmental services and waste management sector, supporting end-to-end accounting functions.
nKey Responsibilities
nAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.n
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.n
- Maintain ledgers, cash book, and general accounting records.n
- Ensure proper bookkeeping and compliance with company accounting procedures.n

nAccounts Payable & Receivable

- n
- Process vendor invoices and customer payments.n
- Prepare payment vouchers and maintain vendor records.n




- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.n
- Follow up on outstanding receivables when required.n

nBank & Financial Reconciliation
n
- n
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.n
- Reconcile ledger balances and identify discrepancies.n
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.n

nGST & Compliance Support
n
- n
- Maintain GST records and assist in GST return preparation.n
- Organise invoices, vouchers, and statutory documents.n
- Support auditors during internal and statutory audits.n

nAdministrative & MIS Support
n
- n
- Prepare basic MIS reports and accounting summaries.n
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.n
- Assist during month-end and year-end closing activities.n
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.n

nSkills Required

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.n
- 1–4 years of exp
