Job Description
To drive business growth, develop new customers, manage key accounts, and strengthen the Home Care and I&I; specialty chemicals portfolio across India. The role requires strong technical understanding, consultative selling capability, supplier/principal development orientation, and the ability to convert customer requirements into value-added chemical solutions.

n1. Business Development & Sales

- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets for the Home Care and I&I; specialty chemicals portfolio.n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across detergent, cleaning, disinfectant, hygiene, institutional cleaning, and industrial cleaning segments.n
- Expand market share through strategic customer acquisition, customer mapping, and account development.n
- Prepare and execute pan-India territory plans, customer development plans, and opportunity pipelines.n
- Drive commercialization of specialty ingredients and value-added solutions with existing and recent customers.n

n2. Technical Sales & Customer Support

- Provide technical consultation to customers on formulation development, product selection, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement.n
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, laboratory discussions, and customer training programs.n
- Support customer product development projects by coordinating samples, technical data, prototypes, trials, and follow-ups.n
- Work closely with internal application/R&D; teams to address customer requirements and translate technical needs into commercial opportunities.n
- Maintain strong product knowledge across surfactants, polymers, solvents, preservatives, chelating agents, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and performance additives.n
