- Degree or equivalent in relevant subject and a nationally recognised qualification in training design, delivery and evaluation
- Academic Background - Engineering is an add on ( Industrial, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental, Energy, Nuclear)
- Proven experience as an IMS Auditor
- Proven experience as signed off -Authorised Trainer, substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
- Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods.
- Evidence of training competency for both Face and Virtual Training ( Train the Trainer certificate)
- Lead Auditor registration with a recognised body is expected
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations. Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel..etc
- Have a proactive approach towards identifying and developing recent business opportunities and relationships to focus on delivering the best client solutions.
- Be Prepared to travel and spend time away from home.
