Role Overview

Seraphim Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator & Graphic Designer to join our team in Current Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in designing high-impact visual assets, communication materials, and knowledge products across a variety of projects.

We are looking for someone who excels in core design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign,

Photoshop), possesses strong layout skills to simplify complex information, and has the creative versatility to deliver freehand digital illustrations and basic video editing support when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Design & Layout Execution

- Design layout and artwork for digital and print communication products, including social media graphics, branding materials, marketing collateral, and multi-page reports.
- Translate complex data, survey results, and spreadsheet information into clean, visually engaging graphics, infographics, and layouts.
- Develop digital assets, logos, and high-quality graphics aligned with brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across formats.

2. Illustration & Custom Graphics

- Produce custom freehand digital illustrations, vector art, and graphics as needed for custom branding, storytelling, or report designs.




- Utilize thoughtful color theory and composition to communicate visual messages effectively.

3. Video & Multimedia Support

- Create animated 2D/3D videos wherever required using original illustrations and elements as per the brief of the requirement.
- Assist with basic video editing and post-production tasks, such as trimming, assembling cuts, formatting aspect ratios, and adding subtitles, basic motion graphics, or visual elements for digital dissemination.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with project teams within Seraphim Digital and broader Seraphim initiatives to refine design drafts based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop (at least 2 out of 3 is desirable).
- Ability to execute freehand digital illustrations and custom vector artwork.
- Practical understanding of basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) for basic cuts, audio syncing, and formatting.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, layout design, or digital media.
- Degree or formal diploma/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Hindi is required.
- Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and work across various fast-paced project tracks.
- The applicant needs to be based out of Delhi-NCR and should be available to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
