We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust identity and access management solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' systems. Your expertise will help our clients protect sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM strategies and solutions, including user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

- Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing IAM frameworks, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Configuration and Integration: Configure and integrate IAM tools and technologies with existing systems and applications.

- Policy Development: Create and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

- User Management: Oversee the provisioning, de-provisioning, and management of user accounts, roles, and permissions.

- Security Audits: Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of IAM controls and identify potential vulnerabilities.

- Incident Response: Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents related to identity and access management.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and procedures.

- Client Collaboration:



Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored IAM solutions.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on IAM tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with IAM technologies and tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms (e.g. One Identity, Oracle, Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity).

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).

- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Scripting and Automation: Utilize VBScript and PowerShell for automating IAM processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing manual intervention.

- Application Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with various applications using Angular, Java, and XML to ensure seamless identity management and access control.
