Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an Intensive Care Unit. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and assisting doctors during emergency and critical care procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, and clinical changes.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and resuscitation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' clinical condition.
- Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and hospital protocols.




- Maintain proper handling and monitoring of ventilated and critically ill patients.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their attendants.
- Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the ICU.
- Participate in emergency drills and continuous clinical training.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- Minimum 3 years of ICU/critical-care experience.
- Experience handling ventilated patients and critically ill cases is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of emergency procedures, medication administration, and infection control.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
