Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IAM Business Analyst specializing in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to manage and drive the application onboarding pipeline. The role will bridge the gap between business application owners and technical engineering teams, ensuring applications are structurally and technically ready for integration with IGA solutions such as SailPoint IIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for application owners, business sponsors, and custodians. Guide stakeholders through the IAM onboarding lifecycle, communicate prerequisites, manage expectations, and drive accountability for deliverables.
- Application Feasibility & Readiness Assessment: Conduct application feasibility and readiness assessments to evaluate application architecture against SailPoint IIQ capabilities. Determine the appropriate integration approach, including Direct Connector, Feed File, or API.
- Change Request Management: Identify application readiness gaps and coordinate the required actions to prepare applications for IGA onboarding. Initiate and manage internal change requests for APIs, database queries/stored procedures, delimited reports, and other required integration components to ensure project timelines are not impacted.
- Technical Ingestion Validation: Perform high-level testing and validation of application data delivery methods, including reviewing CSV/TXT feed files, database schemas, SQL queries,



and REST/SOAP API payloads to validate data quality and integration readiness.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate business access requirements into technical IAM artifacts, including Application Onboarding Profiles, entitlement mapping schemas, correlation rules, and birthright access definitions.
- Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Manage the application onboarding pipeline and backlog, identify readiness bottlenecks, track dependencies, and provide regular status updates to IAM leadership to support project planning and realignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- IAM & SailPoint Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Integration Analyst working on IGA deployment or application onboarding projects.
- Solid understanding of core IAM concepts, including authoritative sources, accounts, entitlements, aggregation, and correlation.
- Technical Data Literacy: Ability to read and write basic SQL queries for database analysis and data validation.
- Practical understanding of delimited file formats, including headers, delimiters, quotation marks, and encoding.
- Hands-on familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and the ability to inspect JSON/XML request and response payloads.
- Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ application onboarding and integration methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence business and technical teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with experience creating functional specifications, role/entitlement mapping matrices, process workflows, and onboarding documentation.
