Job Type: Full-time Industry: HVAC / MEP / Building Services Experience: 2–5 years Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled HVAC Electrical & BMS Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and BMS/control-system-related works for HVAC systems at commercial and industrial projects.Educational Qualification

- ITI – Electrician / Electrical Trade – Mandatory

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Preferred

- Additional certification/training in HVAC, BMS, or Electrical Controls will be an advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC electrical and BMS works.

- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, MCC/DB panels, starters, contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, etc.

- Experience in HVAC control wiring and installation.

- Basic to good knowledge of BMS systems and HVAC controls.

- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, thermostats, VFDs, control valves, and DDC controllers.

- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and HVAC drawings.

- Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical safety standards.

- Ability to work at commercial/industrial project sites.

Key Responsibilities





- Carry out electrical installation and wiring for HVAC equipment.

- Install and terminate control cables and electrical connections.

- Perform testing and troubleshooting of HVAC electrical systems.

- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS/DDC control systems.

- Connect and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, VFDs, valves, thermostats, and controllers.

- Identify electrical/control faults and rectify them.

- Coordinate with HVAC engineers, BMS engineers, and site teams.

- Maintain proper documentation of testing and commissioning activities.

- Follow site safety rules and electrical safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI Electrician with HVAC/BMS experience.

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with HVAC/BMS experience.

- Experience with BMS/DDC systems such as Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar systems is an advantage.

- HVAC project/site experience preferred.

Soft Skills

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel/work at project sites.

Pay: ₹9,577.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
