Key Responsibilities

- कक्षा 11वीं एवं 12वीं के विद्यार्थियों को Humanities/Arts stream के विषय पढ़ाना।
- संबंधित syllabus के अनुसार lesson plans एवं study material तैयार करना।
- History, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Economics, Psychology आदि विषयों को सरल एवं प्रभावी तरीके से समझाना।
- विद्यार्थियों की conceptual understanding मजबूत करना।
- नियमित tests, assignments एवं assessments आयोजित करना।
- Board examination की तैयारी, revision एवं answer-writing practice करवाना।
- विद्यार्थियों के doubts को समय पर resolve करना।




- विद्यार्थियों की academic performance monitor करना।
- कमजोर विद्यार्थियों को अतिरिक्त academic support देना।
- Current affairs एवं contemporary examples को relevant subjects से जोड़कर पढ़ाना।
- PPTs, digital content एवं अन्य modern teaching methods का उपयोग करना।
- Parents/management को आवश्यकता के अनुसार student performance की जानकारी देना।

Required Qualification
- संबंधित विषय में Bachelor's/Master's Degree।
- B.Ed. preferred for school teaching.
- संबंधित subject पर strong conceptual knowledge आवश्यक।

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
