We are hiring for TOP MNC for Human Resources Operations Supervisor role (Interview Mode- Face to Face only)

3-Note- Only male candidates are applicable

4- Note- More than 3 months career gap wont be accepted

5- Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Notice Period - Immediate - 15 Days max.

Location Bangalore.

Shift- 11:00AM 8:00PM

Experience of experience and salary:

6- 10 Years | 8LPA 10.50LPA

Qualification- MBA in Human resources

Skills Required

- Previous experience in a similar HR Supervisor/HR Advisory/HR Services/HR Consulting Role
- Proven experience in team handling ability to lead, mentor, and manage HR teams effectively to achieve departmental goals (min 1 year)
- Skills: India HR Operation – Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle management, exit process, vendor management, HR Reporting, Performance Management. Excellent communication & MS-Excel – Vlookup. Pivot, Dashboard.

HR Operations Oversight

- Administer daily HR operational activities,



ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
- Oversee offer letters, employment documentation, onboarding processes, payroll inputs, and employee record management.
- Manage shared HR mailboxes and ensure timely responses to queries and requests.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor HR team members, assigning tasks and monitoring completion.
- Drive team productivity through explicit goal-setting, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability and maintain high service standards.

Vendor Management

- Manage relationships with external vendors (insurance, childcare benefits, background verification).
- Ensure timely coordination and compliance with vendor agreements and SLAs.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain accurate HR records in HRMS systems.
- Generate analytical and KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Policy & Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
