Job Summary

Sri Jain Jewel Park is looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to manage and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, HR policies, attendance, performance management, and day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Handle HR policies, SOPs and ensure proper implementation.
- Manage employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related information and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee performance and support KPI and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, training and exit formalities.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline and professional standards among employees.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers and monthly MIS.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company rules,



policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience; retail or jewellery industry experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Should be organized, responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
