What you’ll work on:
- Source and screen candidates for tech and non-tech roles
- Conduct initial candidate conversations
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and client hiring teams
- Work on candidate outreach
- Support internal hiring and onboarding
- Join requirement discussions and coordinate with clients
- Handle HR operations, documentation and day-to-day admin
- Help plan internal events, activities and team initiatives
Who can apply:
- Students currently pursuing their degree
- Final-year students or recent graduates
- Any academic stream
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable speaking with people and picking up the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple things at once
• Available to work from our HSR Layout office
No prior experience needed. We’ll teach you the craft. You bring the effort.
You’ll get hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, client coordination and culture , with a strong possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.
