Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes in the Karur office. This full-time, on-site role involves administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and attendance tracking. The position includes handling employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes.

Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws, implement HR initiatives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves preparing HR reports and supporting training and development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support organizational goals.
