⏰ Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
? Working Days: Monday to Friday
? Saturday & Sunday: Off
? Employment: Full-Time
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee attendance, leave & HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain employee records
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
- Implement and maintain HR policies & procedures
- Support performance management and employee development
- Handle day-to-day HR & administrative activities
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management
? Candidate Profile
✔️ 2+ years of relevant HR experience
✔️ Prior experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Positive knowledge of HR processes and documentation
✔️ Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently
✔️ Proactive, organized and people-oriented approach
