We're looking for an HR Business Partner to be the strategic people partner for our Engineering, Product and Ops teams as we scale BlackNGreen's AI-driven telecom platforms across 100+ countries.

A quick snapshot:

? Gurgaon (work from office) | Full time, permanent

? 4+ yrs as an HRBP, partnering directly with business teams — not a generalist or shared-services background

?MBA/PGDM from Top Tier colleges.

? Strong grip on the full HR lifecycle: performance management, AI Driven Capability, Retention Strategies, ER, Indian labour law and statutory compliance

? Comfortable with HRIS systems and confident building/interpreting people reports in spreadsheets

? Excellent stakeholder management — you'll be embedded with Engineering, Product, Ops,



Sales and Finance leaders

⚖️ Sound judgement and discretion — you'll handle confidential and sensitive matters regularly

✅ Bonus: experience in tech, IT/ITES, product or telecom, and comfort using AI/digital tools to sharpen hiring and people decisions.
