Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

- Prior experience in Sales Hiring is mandatory.

- Valuable understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Any Graduate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
