We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition professional with exposure to the Oil & Gas/EPC/Engineering industry. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, corporate, and support functions.

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.

- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

- Partner with business/HODs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

- Handle HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS/HRMS updates, attendance, leave, and employee records.

- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR initiatives.





- Assist in performance management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.

- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and management reports.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Desired Skills

- Good understanding of Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering manpower requirements.

- Robust sourcing and stakeholder-management skills.

- Good communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws/statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
