Role Description This full-time Human Resources Intern (Unpaid) role is an on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Responsibilities include helping with employee onboarding documentation, updating HR databases, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The intern may assist with organizing training and development activities, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team, handling basic employee queries, and contributing to HR reports and compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic Employee Benefits concepts.
- Ability to support Personnel Management activities, including maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR databases.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a quick-paced setting.
