We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Kolkata team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process. The candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening/telephonic interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate the selection and onboarding process for selected candidates.





Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Assist in maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Stay updated with recruitment trends and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience in HR/Recruitment is required.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment.

Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

Proactive, organized and result-oriented approach.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
