About the Role

BookMyTourNow is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in building a strong, motivated, and high-performing team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and hands-on knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, HR documentation, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from department/team leaders.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely joining and proper documentation of selected candidates.

1. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

- Conduct joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee files, documents, and HR records.
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Coordinate background verification and other pre-employment processes where applicable.

1. Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absences, and leave records.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate monthly attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Follow up with employees and managers regarding attendance discrepancies.

1. Payroll & HR Operations





- Coordinate with management/accounts for monthly payroll processing.
- Provide accurate attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee salary and compensation records confidentially.
- Assist in resolving employee payroll-related queries.

1. Employee Engagement & Relations

- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Address routine employee concerns and coordinate their resolution.
- Promote a positive and qualified workplace environment.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and escalation when required.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities periodically.

1. Performance Management

- Assist managers in setting and tracking employee KRAs/KPIs.
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance evaluations.
- Maintain performance-related records.
- Support performance improvement processes wherever required.

1. HR Policies & Compliance

- Ensure employees follow company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies.
- Maintain compliance-related HR documentation.
- Keep employee information and company HR matters strictly confidential.

1. Exit & Full & Final Process

- Manage employee resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct or coordinate exit interviews.
- Prepare necessary exit documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for full & final settlement.
- Ensure timely collection of company assets and clearance formalities.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, sales, hospitality, or service industry will be an added advantage.

- Timely completion of exit and clearance processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
