About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager - HR to support Corporate HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, The incumbent will play a key role in hiring corporate and manufacturing talent while driving employee engagement programs to enhance organizational culture and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate, Manufacturing, and Support Function roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined TAT.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment analytics.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations.
- Organize employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.




- Drive initiatives focused on employee morale, motivation, and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
- 5-7 years of HR experience in FMCG and Manufacturing organizations.
- Robust expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
- Experience in hiring for Corporate, Sales, and Manufacturing functions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS platforms.
