Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within the Technology Organisation.

- Proven track record of success in developing high-performing teams through talent development initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, or training programs.

- Strong understanding of organization design principles and ability to apply them effectively for optimal business outcomes.

- Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build robust relationships at all levels across the organization.
