Position Overview

The role will be responsible for supporting HRMS/ HRIS & ERP Implementation, configuration, system integration, data migration, testing, user training, and application support, while working closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end HRMS/ HRIS & ERP Implementation
- Gather business requirements and configure system modules
- Manage HR modules including employee lifecycle, recruitment, on boarding, attendance, leave, and performance
- Support data migration, system integration, UAT, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders
- Manage workflows, user access, roles, and permissions
- Trouble shoot system issues and provide functional support
- Prepare reports, MIS, documentation,



and process guides
- Conduct user training and support system adoption
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP/HRMS implementation, ERP support, or HRIS administration
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation/configuration is required
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS and HR processes preferred
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, UAT, testing, and reporting
- Experience working with ERP vendors or implementation partners is an advantage
