Tribeca Developers is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager Strategic HR & HR Transformation to drive strategic people initiatives, organization development and the transformation of the HR function.

We are looking for a high-calibre HR qualified with strong experience in strategic HR projects, talent management, organization development and employee engagement, along with a strong interest in AI, automation and process improvement.

If you are someone who understands HR deeply, thinks strategically and knows how to leverage technology and AI to solve business problems, this is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive high-impact HR initiatives.

What youll be driving

- Strategic HR projects and organization development initiatives
- Talent management, succession planning & capability development
- Employee engagement and internal communication
- HR analytics, dashboards and data-driven decision making
- HR process improvement and automation




- AI-led transformation and productivity initiatives across HR
- Exploring and implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, etc.
- Working closely with senior leadership on critical people initiatives

What we’re looking for

6–10 years of relevant HR experience

Graduate + MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution

Strong pedigree from a reputed corporate / consulting / Big 4 / high-growth organization

Strong experience in Talent Management, OD, Engagement and strategic HR projects

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities

Hands-on proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Someone who is technology-oriented, curious and passionate about transforming HR through AI and automation
