Job Summary A dynamic HR Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, JD screening, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough JD screening and candidate shortlisting by evaluating resumes against job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions within SLA.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, competitors and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and support offer rollout and onboarding activities.




- Experience in handling employee onboarding and pre-boarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and company policies.
- Initiate the pre onboarding of all current joiners within SLA

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in JD screening, resume evaluation, and candidate shortlisting.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Corporate Functions, or Sales roles

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
