About Us

Hiraya Technologies is actively engaged in executing government-sponsored vocational and skill training initiatives (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, PM Vishwakarma, and State Skill Development Missions). We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for our training centres and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and hire project staff: Certified Trainers, Mobilizers, Centre Managers, MIS Executives, and Placement Officers.
- Verify mandatory credentials such as SSC (Sector Skill Council) certificates and ToT (Training of Trainer) accreditations.
- Screen candidates via phone and schedule interviews with project managers.
- Maintain a ready pool of candidates to deploy quickly across new batches and district centres.
- Collect and verify candidate KYC, contracts,



and educational documents for project compliance and audits.
- Track daily pipeline progress using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in HR recruitment. Experience in skill development / vocational training projects (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA-HR preferred).
- Skills: Knowledge of job portals, calling/telephonic screening, and MS Excel.
- Language: Good communication skills in Hindi; basic professional English.
