Job Title: Head – Human Resources & Organizational Development

Purpose of the Role To strengthen the organization's people, processes, and management systems by driving

Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Business Excellence initiatives while acting as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director. The role shall focus on building a structured, accountable, and professionally managed organization, enabling the Directors to concentrate on business growth and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

●Lead and strengthen all HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, retention, and statutory compliance. ●Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and management systems aligned with business objectives. 2. Organizational Development & Business Process Improvement ●Review the organization's structure, workflows, and business processes to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. ●Recommend and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, accountability, productivity, and inter-departmental coordination. ●Drive organizational change initiatives and implementation of current systems and processes. 3. Management Support & Strategic Advisory





●Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on organizational development, manpower planning, leadership development, and business process improvements. ●Assist in resolving organizational and people-related challenges while supporting key management decisions.

●Reduce routine operational dependency on the Directors by strengthening departmental leadership and management systems. 4. Performance & Leadership Development

●Establish and monitor KPI / KRA - based performance management systems. ●Mentor department heads and develop leadership capabilities across the organisation. ●Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and result- oriented performance. 5. Governance & Compliance

●Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. ●Strengthen internal controls, governance practices, and organizational discipline. ●Review HR-related contracts, agreements, and other employment-related documentation whenever required. 6. Review, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

●Conduct periodic departmental reviews to identify process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. ●Monitor implementation of improvement initiatives and submit periodic reports and recommendations to the Managing Director. Continuously review organisational effectiveness and recommend measures for sustainable business growth. 7. Other roles or part which will be guided by the director

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
