OHMASCON is a Hyderabad-based company specialising in custom power supply solutions for aerospace and defence applications, serving DRDO labs, defence PSUs, and private-sector defence partners. We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to independently lead our entire Human Resources function and build the team behind our growth.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the organisation, from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading engineering and management institutes.
- Drive lateral hiring initiatives to fill critical and specialised roles within the company.

HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance

- Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits, and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure full statutory compliance PF, ESI, gratuity, skilled tax, labour registers and returns, and applicable factory / shop & establishment requirements.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including a structured and compliant exit process.

People, Policy & Engagement

- Frame, document,



and periodically review HR policies and workforce strategies to keep them current and effective.
- Design and run employee retention and engagement programs that reduce turnover and strengthen workforce stability.
- Maintain HR MIS and reporting to support data-driven decisions on hiring, retention, and workforce planning.
- Support background verification and confidentiality of personnel records, consistent with a controlled defence-sector environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience independently managing the full HR function for a small-to-mid-sized organisation.
- Exposure to hiring for R&D;, electronics manufacturing, or the technology sector is strongly preferred.
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven expertise across talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organisational development.
- Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Energetic, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A company-first attitude with strong ownership, discretion, and integrity.
