- Manage complete HR operations at the plant.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
- Manage contract labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Conduct employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and performance management systems.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.
- Work closely with the Plant Head and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
