Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, oversee compliance with labor regulations, and support training and development initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, handling HR documentation and payroll coordination, resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves maintaining HR systems, preparing HR reports, and supporting organizational growth through strategic people management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration,



and HR data accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience with HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Preference will be given to MSW (Master of Social Work) with an HR specialization.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or electrical solutions industries.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in office in Thrissur.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
