Role Description

As a remote HR Intern at NexLevr, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and contribute to a range of people-focused initiatives. This internship role involves assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and helping to implement HR policies and procedures. You will help coordinate employee benefits information, respond to routine HR-related queries, and assist with organizing virtual employee engagement activities.

The HR Intern will also support personnel management tasks such as data entry, documentation,



and preparing basic HR reports, while collaborating with team members across the organization.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in their communication and documentation.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including accurate data handling, record-keeping, and basic reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate across teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR-related software) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
