About The Opportunity A fast-growing direct-to-consumer fashion brand operating across India, we’re building a culture-first, people-powered organisation focused on inclusivity, agility, and employee experience. While we don’t yet have a public-facing company page, our team is scaling rapidly—and we’re looking for a proactive HR Intern to help shape our workplace culture, streamline onboarding, and support talent operations—all remotely, with full flexibility. Role &

- Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end onboarding of new hires: coordination of paperwork, system access, welcome kits, and virtual orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records across HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Support payroll coordination by compiling attendance logs, leave requests, and overtime records for processing.
- Help organise virtual team-building events, employee feedback surveys, and internal communication initiatives.
- Shadow HRBP leads during performance review cycles, helping draft summaries and document 1:1 meeting notes.
- Collaborate with founders to draft internal policies,



culture playbooks, and onboarding guides tailored for remote-first teams.

Skills &

- Qualifications

Must-Have

- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- HRMS tools (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
- Basic understanding of Indian labor laws (Shops &
- Establishments Act, PF/ESI)
- Virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion)
- Data entry accuracy and organizational discipline

Preferred

- Experience with employee engagement platforms (e.g., Kudos, Lattice)
- Basic knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Experience supporting remote/onboarding processes in startups
