Espial Solutions is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team in Pune for a 6 month internship.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement and HR operations.
Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination.
Onboarding: Assist with creating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for current hires.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
HR Operations: Learn the ins and outs of daily HR administrative tasks and processes.
Assist in sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews, Support onboarding and documentation, Coordinate employee engagement activities, Maintain HR databsase and records, Internal communication and notices.
