Qualification: Any Degree : MBA or MSW Hospital Management

Gender : Female/Male

Exp : 2 to 5

Salary : As Per Standards (negotiable based on experience)

Shift Time : 10AM to 7PM

Sunday Fixed week off

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various functions, ensuring timely and quality closures.
2. Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins and aligned with manpower requirements.
3. Liaise with Senior HR to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback management.
4. Oversee pre-employment documentation, background checks, and ensure adherence to internal hiring policies.
5. Maintain accurate trackers for internal review.

Key Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and Excel reporting
